The fastest and easiest way to renew your season tickets is electronically through this website by clicking on "Renew Now". You will be automatically directed to your online account manager to renew your 2018-19 season tickets. If you prefer, season ticket renewals can be completed at the Client Experience desk in the North VIP lobby during an upcoming game through Saturday, March 24. For questions relating to the 2018-19 renewal, dedicated Client Experience Representatives can be reached directly at 844-4CE-TEAM or clientexperienceteam@floridapanthers.com.
The deadline to renew your season tickets is Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:59PM.
If you do not renew by the Saturday, March 24 deadline, your seats will be made available on our inventory listings to other prospective purchasers beginning with the Upgrade and Relocation Event that will be hosted after the conclusion of the 2017-18 Season. All non-renewed season tickets will be made available for this event. We strongly encourage you to renew by the deadline to secure your current seats and to receive the maximum benefits being offered.
Yes, you are able to upgrade your 21-Game Half Season to a 42-Game Full Season to receive the additional benefits listed in the Benefits & Incentives section. You will also save a substantial amount on a per-game basis. The longest tenured Season Ticket Holders will be given priority in the event there are multiple parties looking to upgrade to the same seat location.
You can renew and relocate your season tickets to a different location if the seats are not currently sold for the 2017-18 season. You will not be able to relocate into non-renewed seats until the relocation event which will be held after the conclusion of the 2017-18 Season. Your relocation window will be scheduled based on account tenure. Season Ticket Holders will need to renew their current seats by the Saturday, March 24 deadline and attend the relocation event in order to change their season ticket location. Detailed information for the Upgrade and Relocation event will be communicated when event date is confirmed.
The 42-Game Full Season includes 40 regular season home games and 2 preseason home games to be played at BB&T Center. One game will be played in Finland against the Winnipeg Jets, which is not included in the 42-Game Full Season home schedule. The 21-Game Half Season includes 20 regular season home games and 1 preseason home game.
The easiest way to access your tickets is through the NHL App. Select the Florida Panthers as your favorite team and scroll down to log into Account Manager. Visit our tutorial at www.floridapanthers.com/digitalticketing or stop by North VIP or South VIP to pick up your digital ticketing tutorial pocket schedule.
Your first payment will be charged on the day you renew your tickets. Monthly payments will then be automatically drawn on the 15 day of June (or next business day following the 15 if the 15 falls on weekend day), with final payment being drawn on October 15, 2018. For example, if you renew on February 23, your first payment will be charged on February 23 and your second payment will be charged on June 15. If you renew on March 17, your first payment will be charged on March 17 and your second payment will be charged on June 15.

Regardless of when the season tickets are purchased, the payment plan must be completed by December 15, 2018. As a result, the payment plan term will be reduced with each passing month. Payment plan length will be determined by month of purchase.
Below is a list of all parking options for next season.
All parking options must be purchased in advance to receive a discount (excluding Game Day Gate Parking). You are not obligated to purchase your parking passes in advance. You can purchase parking at the gate upon entry into BB&T Center parking lots at regular game day rate.
Dates of these events will be released leading up to and during the 2018-19 Season and will be set by the Florida Panthers organization. No makeup events will be scheduled if you cannot attend the set dates.
For a 3rd season, Panthers Season Ticket Holders will receive Cats CA$H. The amount you receive is based on time of renewal and 2018-19 Total Ticket Investment. Renew by Early deadline (Sunday, March 4th) and receive 4% of total ticket investment. Renew by Final deadline (Saturday, March 24) and receive 2% of total ticket investment. Parking is not included in total ticket investment. Click on "Benefits and Incentives" tab for more information. As a special pay in full bonus, receive an additional 1% Cats Ca$h by renewing by the Final Deadline (Saturday, March 24). Cats CA$H is only available for Full and Half Season Ticket Holders who purchase or renew by Saturday, March 24.
Every business day, beginning Monday, February 12 through Saturday, March 24 (one BONUS grand prize on Saturday, March 24), one prize will be given to a RENEWED Season Ticket Holder. You will become eligible for that day's prize and all future prizes by renewing by 5PM each renewal day. Winners of that day's prize will be notified immediately. Season Ticket Holders are eligible for each day's prize beginning with the day they renew. For example, if you renew on February 13, you will be entered in the February 13 prize and the remaining prizes.
Full Season Ticket Holders will be able to pick up their Commemorative Gift and Pin at the start of the season. Half Season Ticket Holders will be able to receive their Pins at the start of the season. More information with pick up details will be shared at the start of the season.
You will be able to be a part of our history at BB&T Center! In the coming months, you will receive notification on how to submit your photos for the STH Mosaic Wall.

Dates are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Throughout the 2018-19 season, we will have specific group theme nights (e.g. 2017-18 season examples: Star Wars, Panthers Palooza, Pucks & Pints) that you will have access to purchase at a special Season Ticket Holder rate. Not all promotions and group theme nights are included. Add-On Access is based on availability.
